BIOGRAPHY
Eileen Beha is the author of two novels for middle-grade readers. The Secrets of Eastcliff-by-the-Sea, published by Beach Lane Books/Simon & Schuster in 2014, is a multigenerational tale which unfolds through the eyes and ears of a young girl's sock monkey. Tango: The Tale of an Island Dog (Bloomsbury, 2009) was inspired by Eileen's lifelong love of animals and summers on Prince Edward Island. A former middle-school principal, Eileen received an MFA in creative writing from Hamline University in 2007. She also holds a PHD in Educational Administration from the University of Wisconsin. Eileen lives in Minneapolis with her husband and two dogs, Tango and Daisy.
